BRYAN BRICKMAN was born in Dallas, TX on April 9, 1974. My name is Bryan Brickman and I love my career choice! How many people can say that? I am a GRI, ABR licensed Realtor at Remax Premier Group residing in this growing city of Frisco, Texas. I believe part of being a good Realtor is being involved in the community. I am a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, local networking, and I am also involved with volunteer functions such as Toys for Tots and sending supplies to our troops.
As a Realtor, my primary concerns are my client’s interests and long term relationships. If you are a homeowner or have sold a home, you are aware of time and effort it takes to complete buying, selling, or building transaction. My job is to remove the difficulty from an already busy time and that is what I do.

STEPHEN M. JOHNS was born in Wilmington, Delaware, May 31, 1972. He graduated from MacArthur High School (San Antonio) in 1990, and The University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a B.B.A. in Finance. In 1997, Stephen received his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Houston Law Center and his M.B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Houston's Bauer Graduate College of Business. He began his legal career in the Corporate & Securities Section of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas, where he was extensively involved with numerous public securities offerings, project and structured financings, and other related corporate governance matters. In 1999, Stephen moved to Austin, Texas and began working in the Business & Technology Section of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where he was responsible for the venture capital financings and continuing corporate and business representation of over 40 separate start-up technology companies specializing in the areas of hardware, software, and biotechnology. Building on his legal, business and technology experiences, he then worked as in-house counsel for Dell Computer Corporation, where he was counsel to the high-end servers and storage business groups. For the past 6 years, Stephen has focused his practice on assisting small and mid-market companies with all of their legal and business needs, especially those relating to entity selection and formation, financing and day-to-day contractual and licensing issues. Stephen¹s areas of practice include corporate and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and estate planning. Stephen and his wife Anna (née Pankey), originally of Jonesboro, Arkansas, have two sons, Damian (4) and Xander (1). Stephen enjoys cycling, racquet sports, golf and spending time with his family.

Tom Pritchard

Thomas C. Pritchard (Tom) is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business and associated with 4500 other accredited associates worldwide.
Tom is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Purdue he was a member of the varsity basketball team and numerous honorary and fraternal organizations. During his career he won national honors as a sales representative and successfully progressed through the corporation. He also had numerous marketing assignments in both domestic and international environments. His career expanded into distribution, corporate trainee and human resources. As managing director of Australia and New Zealand, he improved the profitability of the affiliate, by reducing expenses and increasing sales. Every corporate assignment Tom was promoted to involved either a start-up or turnaround both domestically and internationally.
As director of human resources, he was responsible for over 5,000 associates worldwide in manufacturing, engineering, technical services, distribution and product development. This included domestic and international locations.
After Tom’s corporate career, he was President of a manufacturing company, his own start-up company and another entrepreneurial venture. Before starting his own consulting practice, he was vice president of human services for a partnership in the food processing business. He created a strategic human resource function that was driven by the business strategies and facilitated the divisions in meeting their business objectives.
Early in life, Tom learned that one must focus on the customer and deliver value greater than what the customer expects. He accomplishes this by listening to the customer to be sure he understands what the customer wants and needs. His breadth of corporate and entrepreneurial experience has given him the ability to understand the needs of the business owner and to formulate actions, solutions and systems that meet the needs of the owner.

James M. Roman, PhD, MBA

JAMES M. ROMAN, PhD, MBA was born in Latrobe, PA on November 2, 1971. With a doctorate and MBA, Jim is among the highest 1% of all financial advisors nationally. Jim became an independent financial advisor to combat the lack of personal attention many financial advisors give their clients. Jim originally worked with a larger brokerage firm and became upset with the lack of customer service, high fees and higher account balances required by such firms. It is Jim's goal to ensure you receive the personal touch your finances deserve!
Jim has been a successful financial advisor for six years. Prior to being a financial advisor, he worked in corporate America concentrating on Human Resources, Training & Development, and Information Technology. Additionally, Jim has been a College Professor for some of the nation’s top colleges and universities for the past 12-years.
Jim began his career hoping to go to law school. However, after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and Master of Arts from Duquesne University, Jim was tired of working as a paralegal for two major law firms: Jones Day Reavis & Pogue and Pietragallo, Bosick & Gordon. Jim decided to change directions in his career and began focusing his efforts on his desire for knowledge. Jim then began working on his doctorate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and began his college teaching career. Jim has held management positions with the NASA Classroom of the Future, UPMC Health System and the West Penn Allegheny Health System before becoming an entrepreneur. Jim has successfully owned and operated a landscaping company, a painting company and a business/human resource consulting company. During this time, Jim went back to school to obtain his Master of Business Administration from Point Park University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts from South University. Jim has rounded out his career by teaching for Penn State University, University of Pittsburgh, Robert Morris University, California University, Collin County Community College and more.
